Your Time to Shine
The Administration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a range of administrative support functions within the AMEP and/or SEE programs. This role provides guidance and support to the Administration Service Officers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment to achieve key program outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering, supervising and coordinating administrative services within a complex, dynamic and customer-focused environment, including mentoring, training and supporting administrative teams to achieve program outcomes.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines, work with limited direction, exercise sound judgement, maintain confidentiality, and resolve escalated customer queries with diplomacy and sensitivity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff, support continuous improvement initiatives, work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse clients, and confidently use office systems, databases, spreadsheets and digital tools to support efficient service delivery.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
