About your role

As an Administration Officer within Specialist Outpatients, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to patients, clinicians and healthcare teams.

In this role, you will:
Coordinate patient appointments, bookings and clinic schedules
Manage cancellations, rescheduling and waiting lists
Welcome and assist patients attending outpatient clinics
Process patient check-in and check-out activities
Maintain accurate patient records and data entry systems
Support administrative functions across multiple clinic locations

About you

You are a friendly, organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and working as part of a team.

You will demonstrate:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Experience working in a busy administrative environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Healthcare administration experience is highly regarded
