Your new role:
As our new Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality secretarial support to the Consultation Liaison Psychiatry team to keep our mental health services running smoothly.
Manage daily reception duties by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and helping staff, patients, and carers.
Handle vital patient data by entering admissions, discharges, and transfers into hospital computer systems.
Organise team schedules by managing diaries, booking rooms, setting up meetings, and taking confidential minutes.
About you:
We are looking for a caring, organised professional who can handle multiple tasks at once and communicate well with people from all walks of life.
You have excellent frontline reception skills and know how to use office tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.
You can manage your own time, set your work priorities, and meet fast deadlines when things get busy.
You are a flexible team player who can solve daily problems and adapt to the changing needs of a large hospital.
