About your role
As a Food Services Officer, you will support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality food services for patients, staff and visitors across Bayside Health Service
In this role, you will:
Prepare, assemble and distribute meals and beverages
Deliver meals accurately and efficiently to patients
Support kitchen, ward, retail and function food service areas
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
Assist with stock handling, rotation and storage activities
Operate equipment safely and complete required records
Provide respectful and professional customer service
About you
You are reliable, customer-focused and enjoy working as part of a team.
You will demonstrate:
Commitment to safe food handling and hygiene practices
Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Flexibility to work across different food service areas
Understanding of food safety principles is highly regarded
