About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Sales Support Intern to join our Omron Robotics and Safety Technology division.

This role blends marketing, communication, and technology, giving you the opportunity to support Omron’s 5P marketing initiatives (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People) while gaining exposure to the robotics industry.

You’ll collaborate with our sales, marketing, and engineering teams to create engaging content, develop promotional materials, and assist in video and digital campaigns that showcase our cutting-edge robotics and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the creation of brochures, flyers, and digital materials to promote Omron’s robotics and automation solutions.
Collaborate with engineers to produce standard solutions offering leaflets and industry-specific case studies.
Support the production of digital and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and events.
Coordinate content collection (photos, videos, testimonials) from internal teams and partners.
Assist in event preparation, such as tech days, exhibitions, and customer showcases.
Conduct market and competitor research to support the 5P marketing strategy.
Help maintain marketing asset libraries, CRM entries, and internal content documentation.

About you

Currently studying a degree in Marketing, Communications, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Passionate about technology, automation, or robotics.
Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals (5Ps) and visual design.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software utilized by the university (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut) preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Creative thinker, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
