Senior Engineer – Workplace Technology
Full Time Opportunity
The Senior Workplace Technology Engineer is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and user-centric workplace technology solutions across Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS environments. This role enables effective collaboration across the organisation by ensuring workplace platforms are well-governed, efficiently automated, and aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
What are we looking for?
- 6+ years of experience in Workplace Technology, EUC or collaboration engineering roles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform)
- Strong background in Intune, Azure AD, and Windows endpoint management
- Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Graph API, Logic Apps)
- Expertise in application packaging, deployment and compliance
- Experience delivering secure, user-centric collaboration solutions
- Experience evaluating or supporting Generative AI capabilities within enterprise environments, including governance and risk considerations
- Experience in administering and implementing Microsoft Defender and Purview
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
Desirable:
- Microsoft certifications: MS-700, MS-203, MD-102, or MS-100
- Experience in Security Vulnerability remediation and patching
- Experience in Enterprise MacOS Management
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service integrations with IT operations
- Understanding of hybrid work enablement, digital adoption, and user analytics
