ICT Business Analyst
Technocrats Group Pty Ltd is a growing technology and digitalsolutions company delivering enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and custom software solutions to clients across finance, retail, logistics, and professional services. Due to expanding project requirements and increased client demand, we are seeking a fulltime ICT Business Analyst to join our team and assist our clients. As an on-hire company we will ensure you are working top clients on challenging and engaging projects.
There is currently one ICT Business Analyst role available.
About the Role
The ICT Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to analyse business needs,
document functional requirements, map processes, and support the delivery of technology
solutions. You will play a key role in bridging business objectives with technical
implementation across multiple digital transformation and software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document
business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process
flows
Conduct gap analysis, workflow mapping, and system impact assessments
Support solution design, system configuration, and integration activities
Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and project managers throughout
the development lifecycle
Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance processes
Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and training materials
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions Skills &
Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems,
or related field. At least 5 years’ of relevant experience can be substituted in lieu of a
formal qualification.
Minimum 1 – 5+ years’ experience as an ICT Business Analyst
Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modelling
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
Understanding of software development processes, system integration, and data
flows
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
