Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) Trainer & Assessor

Riverdale Institute is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and CRICOS provider based in Melbourne, committed to delivering high-quality vocational education to domestic and international students.

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver:

BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced management professional or vocational educator who is passionate about developing future leaders and contributing to quality vocational education in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions in accordance with the training package requirements.
Conduct assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
Develop and maintain quality learning and assessment resources where required.
Monitor student progress and provide academic support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate training and assessment records in accordance with RTO and CRICOS compliance requirements.
Participate in validation, moderation, professional development, and continuous improvement activities.
Support compliance with ASQA Standards, CRICOS requirements, and Riverdale Institute policies and procedures.

Essential Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110 with the required Assessor and Trainer Skill Sets), or a higher adult education qualification.
A qualification at the same AQF level or higher than the qualification being delivered, or demonstrate equivalence in accordance with the Standards for RTOs.
Recent and relevant industry experience in leadership, management, organisational learning, business, or a closely related field.
Sound knowledge of the Australian VET sector, competency-based training, training packages, and ASQA compliance requirements.
Experience delivering training and conducting competency-based assessments.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
A commitment to providing a positive learning experience for students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

Desirable

Previous experience delivering BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) or related Business Services qualifications.
Experience working within an RTO and CRICOS environment.
Experience supporting international students.
Resource development and validation experience.
