The work we do enables managing a case load of ongoing clients, as well as undertaking various one off assessments and hence have opportunities to undertake differing types of work. We are seeking qualified individuals that are looking to use their clinical expertise in a consultancy manner. We are a small team of passionate individuals who work to empower the clients we work with, and deliver high level services in helping clients to return to work and seek new employment. We have opportunities for differing types of roles:
Vocational Advisor – seeking individuals that assist clients with job seeking and brokerage activities.
NPA Assessors – seeking assessors to undertake ongoing support assessments (OSA), supported wage assessments (SWS), or workplace modifications (WMS) assessments.
Roles can be flexible hours and incorporate a caseload combining the above, for the right candidate. We are willing to work with you to determine how we fit together.
What we look for –
- Relevant qualification or work experience in associated industries such as WorkCover, rehabilitation, healthcare, Disability, employment services etc.
- Demonstrated skills in working with clients of various illnesses, injuries and disabilities – across physical, psychological and neurodiverse.
- Current drivers license.
- Computer literacy including intermediate level Microsoft Office suite (required).
- Knowledge and skills in case management databases (desirable).
- Report writing capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Police check, working with children check, relevant insurances (required or willing to obtain).
- Warm, friendly, personable and empathetic.
What would give you an edge –
- Experience in areas of employment/vocational consulting or job brokerage/seeking (highly regarded).
- Allied health qualification and professional registration with AHPRA (highly regarded).
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation services (highly regarded).
- Work experience with delivery of NPA services and undertaking assessments (highly regarded).
Renumeration is determined based on qualifications / experience.
