Techie International College is looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver training for Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing and Certificate III in Roof Plumbing.
We are seeking someone who enjoys working with students, has strong industry knowledge, and can support learners with patience, professionalism, and a practical hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to students.
- Support students in developing practical industry skills.
- Prepare and maintain training and assessment records.
- Ensure training is delivered in line with course requirements and workplace standards.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to help students achieve successful outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification and current industry experience in waterproofing, roof plumbing, or construction.
- Training and Assessment qualification, such as TAE or equivalent.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to quality training and student success.
