We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver:
- BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions in accordance with the training package requirements.
- Conduct assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
- Develop and maintain quality learning and assessment resources where required.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records in accordance with RTO and CRICOS compliance requirements.
- Participate in validation, moderation, professional development, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support compliance with ASQA Standards, CRICOS requirements, and Riverdale Institute policies and procedures.
Essential Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110 with the required Assessor and Trainer Skill Sets), or a higher adult education qualification.
- A qualification at the same AQF level or higher than the qualification being delivered, or demonstrate equivalence in accordance with the Standards for RTOs.
- Recent and relevant industry experience in leadership, management, organisational learning, business, or a closely related field.
- Sound knowledge of the Australian VET sector, competency-based training, training packages, and ASQA compliance requirements.
- Experience delivering training and conducting competency-based assessments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- A commitment to providing a positive learning experience for students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
Desirable
- Previous experience delivering BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) or related Business Services qualifications.
- Experience working within an RTO and CRICOS environment.
- Experience supporting international students.
- Resource development and validation experience.
