The Performance College is seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer & Assessor to deliver the Diploma of Community Services to our international students at our Melbourne CBD campus.
About the Role
- Deliver face-to-face training and assessment for the Diploma of Community Services.
- Support and mentor international students throughout their learning journey.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate student records and comply with RTO and ASQA standards.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment.
Essential Requirements
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Relevant qualification in Community Services (Diploma or higher).
- Current industry experience in the community services sector.
- Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and competency-based training.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
