We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver the BSB80120 – Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment in line with the qualification requirements.
- Provide engaging face-to-face learning experiences for international students.
- Conduct competency-based assessments that reflect industry standards.
- Support students through mentorship and academic guidance to enhance their learning experience.
- Participate in validation and moderation activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate student attendance and academic records.
- Ensure training and assessment strategies align with industry best practices.
- Assist in developing and improving learning resources and assessment tools..
Essential Criteria:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- A relevant qualification at AQF Level 8 (Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma) or higher in management, leadership, education, or a related field.
- Recent or ongoing industry experience in organisational learning and development.
- Experience in delivering training and assessment at the graduate diploma level or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate contemporary management theories and practices into training.
