About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Social, you'll help bring the Red Rooster brand to life across social media, digital channels and in-restaurant marketing. Working closely with the Social Media Coordinator and Brand team, you'll create social-first content designed to capture attention, drive engagement and connect with customers.

From designing campaign creative and motion graphics to editing TikToks, Reels and short-form video, you'll own a broad range of creative projects from concept through to delivery. Your work will play an important role in helping Red Rooster stay relevant, show up in culture and create content people genuinely enjoy interacting with.

Key Activities Include:
Creative Content & Design

Design content across social media, digital marketing, CRM, website and restaurant communications.
Create campaign creative, promotional artwork, menu assets, signage and digital advertising.
Bring fresh ideas to every brief while maintaining brand consistency.

Video Editing & Motion

Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
Create motion graphics, animations and engaging social-first content.
Optimise content for platform trends using music, captions, transitions and visual effects.

Content Production

Support photo and video shoots from production through to post-production.
Retouch imagery and prepare final creative assets for publication.
Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work to deadline.

Collaboration & Campaign Delivery

Partner with Social, Brand and Marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
Work alongside agencies and production partners to deliver creative outcomes.
Contribute ideas that encourage engagement, conversation and customer interaction.

About You
Essential

2-5 years' experience in graphic design, video editing or creative production.
Advanced skills across Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms.
Strong visual storytelling, design and content creation capability.
Ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Desirable

Experience working with food, retail, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
Motion graphics and animation experience.
A portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
