EVT is a small thriving Incentive Marketing Company that is looking for a great team member to join our B2B program marketing and communications team.
EVT specialises in running strategic and creative Incentive, Reward and Recognition Programs for our clients. We support them by creating strategies, running their program through communications, results, reporting and rewards including Incentive Travel. EVT also have our own technology solutions for our clients, our Xtend Reward & Recognition Platform & our Program App.
The successful applicant must have 3 years of experience in Marketing, degree qualified, who wants to take their experience and apply it in the Incentive Marketing space. With the opportunity to progress in a fun and varied environment and bring strong communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills, an understanding of the corporate environment working with large corporates and producing B2B Marketing Campaigns.

The key responsibilities are:
- Understanding client programs intricately and running them successfully
- Having a clear working knowledge of the program criteria, systems in place, masters.
- Clients support and service
- Creating successful comms plans - implement and review and work closely with and brief our inhouse designer/creative team
- Delivery of program content/ results (with support of our admin/results team) on time with no mistakes
- Creative direction for the program
- Understand the tech the programs we use and know how to use them in the right way to drive engagement within our programs
Your Tasks would include:
- planning, developing and organising programs to support our clients’ sales objectives
- advising our clients on strategies, communications to drive program engagement
- Internally coordinating the production of all program communications including working with our in-house designer to produce email communications, website content, App pushes & content.
- Managing all of these elements to the timeline and budget agreed with the client.
- Reviewing program engagement data to understand the efficacy of each campaign
- Working with our programs to drive increased engagement and performance
- Identifying opportunities for creative and engaging campaigns within the programs.
- Supporting EVT’s growth through the putting together presentations for programs/ pitches

Our Environment:

While the days are busy and we do expect a high level of performance, sometimes that means extra hours are required to get the work done. EVT have in place our own Reward and Recognition programs EVT AllStars that is driven through peer 2 peer nominations. We believe in recognising great work!
EVT has flexibility around work from home. We have an office in Barangaroo and the team works in a hybrid model of WFH and Office with 3 days in office per week and 2 days at home. As a new team member, there will be a time period spent in the office 5 days per week to be trained up and then transition to the Hybrid Model.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
