Marketing Manager

Location: Glen Waverley, VIC

About Us

Glenny Kebabs is one of Melbourne's fastest-growing hospitality brands, operating multiple locations across Victoria with exciting expansion plans ahead. Alongside Glenny Kebabs, you'll also work across our premium dessert and smoothie brand, Açaí Culture.

We're looking for a highly motivated, creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our marketing department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys wearing multiple hats and is passionate about creating marketing that delivers measurable business results.

If you're someone who constantly spots trends before everyone else, loves creating content, enjoys analysing data and doesn't need to be told what to do next, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for planning, creating and executing marketing campaigns across all areas of the business.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is equally comfortable filming content, editing videos, launching Google Ads campaigns, updating restaurant menus, organising events, analysing marketing performance and presenting new ideas to management.

You'll be expected to take ownership of projects from concept through to execution without requiring constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase sales and brand awareness.
Plan, film, edit and publish engaging social media content.
Create high-quality graphics and marketing collateral.
Design and update menus, promotional material and in-store signage.
Maintain consistent branding across all stores and digital platforms.
Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Manage Google Ads campaigns and optimise performance.
Improve SEO and website performance.
Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
Organise community events, sponsorships and local marketing initiatives.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Produce monthly marketing reports with actionable recommendations.
Work closely with senior management to generate new revenue opportunities.
