To continue the success we are hiring for a SodaStream Senior Brand Manager's role. You will get to own and grow Sodastream by translating consumer and customer insights into winning innovation, go-to-market and in-market execution.
You will also lead the end-to-end category and product management across omnichannel, ensuring strong commercial outcomes (NSV, gross margin, A&M ROI) while delivering superior brand experiences and innovations.

Own and drive growth of the SodaStream category across Australia, with accountability for sales, profitability, and overall category performance.

Develop and execute category and innovation strategies using consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Lead product launches and go-to-market activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial success.

Manage pricing, margins, channel strategy, and retailer partnerships to deliver strong commercial outcomes and category growth.

Oversee category operations, omnichannel execution, portfolio performance reviews, and marketing governance to ensure effective delivery and compliance.
Qualifications:
About you:

7+ years of experience in Product, Brand, or Category Management within FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries.

Proven experience leading product innovation and new product launches from concept through to market delivery.

Strong commercial and analytical skills, including pricing, profitability, performance analysis, and business case development.

Demonstrated ability to partner with customers and retailers, supporting business planning, category reviews, and commercial discussions.

Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
