META ADS SPECIALIST (PART-TIME)
Location: Melbourne
Hours: Approx. 15-25 hours per week
We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to take ownership of our paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns
- Build and test cold audience, retargeting and lookalike campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise budgets accordingly
- Develop audience segmentation strategies
- Manage event ticket sales campaigns
- Manage lead generation and membership acquisition campaigns
- Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with our creative team on ad concepts, copy and assets
- Continuously test new audiences, creatives and campaign structures
- Track ROAS, CPA, ticket sales and lead generation metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with conversion campaigns and lead generation campaigns
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make optimisation decisions
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience within events, hospitality, entertainment or nightlife is MANDATORY

- Ticket sales generated
- Cost per ticket sold
- Cost per lead/member acquired
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Database growth
- Event attendance growth
