About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing ANZ, you will take ownership of the Coleman portfolio, developing brand strategy, managing the product lifecycle, leading innovation launches and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive sustainable growth.
This is a highly visible role where you will collaborate with global brand teams, sales, supply chain, finance, and customer strategy teams to ensure Coleman continues to strengthen its market leadership across ANZ.

What you'll be doing
-
Develop and execute annual brand strategies and marketing plans.

Lead the ANZ product portfolio and identify future growth opportunities.

Drive the commercialisation of global innovation and local product development.

Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and shopper channels.

Lead cross-functional product launches from concept through to market.

Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity.

Manage annual marketing budgets and innovation investment plans.

Partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to influence future product roadmaps.
What you'll bring
-
Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.

8+ years' experience in Brand Marketing, Product Management or Category Management.

Experience within FMCG, Consumer Durables, Outdoor Recreation, Sporting Goods, or similar industries.

Proven success launching new products and managing product portfolios.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, pricing, and business case development.

Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
