Salary - $130,000 - $145,000 plus superannuation per annum, dependent on experience.

THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Sales and Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for developing strategic business initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, increasing sales performance and leading the implementation of marketing campaigns that support the continued growth of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Develop, implement and evaluate strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth and profitability objectives.
· Direct and coordinate the organisation’s sales and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities, target markets and strategic partnerships across Australia.
· Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive advantage.
· Develop pricing, promotional and product positioning strategies to maximise sales performance and market penetration.
· Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and commercial partners.
· Lead, mentor and coordinate the marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns, achieve performance objectives and support business growth.
· Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports, analysing results and implementing strategies to improve business outcomes.
· Collaborate with senior management to develop new product and service opportunities that respond to customer and industry demands.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions and networking opportunities to promote products and expand business relationships.
· Ensure all sales and marketing activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, ethical business practices and relevant legislative requirements.
This role requires exceptional leadership, commercial acumen and strategic thinking, together with the ability to build strong client relationships and deliver measurable business growth.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Relevant qualification, such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or higher, in a related field (or equivalent of at least five years of relevant experience).
· Minimum of 1 year (preferably more) proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar senior business development role.
· Proven experience developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
· Strong business development, account management and customer relationship management skills.
· Experience analysing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and managing budgets.
· Excellent leadership skills with experience mentoring and motivating marketing teams.
· Highly developed negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
· Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
· Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
· You must have unrestricted working rights to work full time in Australia to be eligible for consideration.
