Who you are:
Coloplast is seeking a commercially minded and customer-obsessed Services Marketing Manager to develop and lead our Australia and New Zealand services strategy.
This role will shape how we build value around our market-leading products through professional education, sales representative partnerships, patient support programs such as Coloplast Care, direct purchasing through Care Direct, and access to our Nursing team when support is required. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — from proposition development and campaign planning through to asset creation, agency management and stakeholder engagement.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the ANZ services marketing strategy across professional education, patient support, direct purchasing, sales partnership and nursing support services.
- Build compelling service propositions that strengthen Coloplast’s market leadership and improve customer experience.
- Understand market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activity and service performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse service performance and develop practical solutions to correct underperformance and accelerate growth.
- Design omnichannel customer engagement strategies across digital, sales, education, customer service and clinical touchpoints.
- Lead communication strategies, campaigns and asset development in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Care, Nursing, Customer Service, Digital and Commercial Excellence teams to bring services to life.
- Develop sales enablement tools and messaging that help representatives communicate the value of Coloplast services.
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and measurable impact.
To succeed:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in services marketing, product marketing, customer experience, digital marketing or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience developing service propositions, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, patient support or another regulated environment.
- Strong capability in customer experience, user experience and omnichannel engagement.
- Ability to translate customer and market insight into compelling propositions, campaigns and practical execution plans.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand service performance and recommend improvement actions.
- Experience working with agencies to develop communication strategies, campaigns and marketing assets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align and take people on the journey.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, supported by excellent communication, storytelling and project leadership skills.
