Full Job Description

Liebherr-Australia is seeking an experienced, analytical, and professional Commercial Administrator to be based at our Perth Branch. In this role you will be responsible for the provision of timely and effective payroll and administrative services to the branch, departments and its customers.

This position is for 12 months maternity cover, Monday-Friday 38hrs per week.

Responsibilities

Time sheet processing and data entry
Raising facility maintenance/scheduled service purchase orders
Reception cover
Raising purchase order staff consumables such as stationary, uniform orders & crib room supplies.
Updating and maintaining databases and systems
Any other duties as required

About You

Certificate IV in Business Administration OR at least 3 years relevant administrative experience
Timesheet entry and expense claim experience
High level organisational skills
Able to process/enter and maintain large volumes of data
