We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and welcoming Business Unit Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of connection for our clients and visitors, creating a positive and professional experience from the moment they arrive.
Reporting to the Senior Business Unit Administrator, you will play an essential part in keeping our Perth office running seamlessly day to day, bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to everything you do.
The Role
In this varied and engaging role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing general office operations, including coordinating orders, maintaining a well-presented workspace, liaising with building management, and ensuring stock levels of office amenities are thoughtfully maintained (coffee, tea, kitchen supplies, stationery, first aid kits).
Supporting the onboarding experience for new team members, including arranging access cards and coordinating IT equipment.
Delivering in-person building inductions for new starters, helping them feel welcomed and set up for success.
Keeping Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) records up to date, including Fire Wardens and First Aid Officers.
Assisting with the coordination of events, including venue bookings and catering arrangements.
Managing shared inboxes and correspondence, responding thoughtfully and following up where needed.
Providing reliable support to the Senior Business Unit Administrator, including stepping in during periods of leave.
You’ll bring a warm, solutions-focused approach along with:
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
