Primary objective
Provide program governance administrative support to Office of the Chief Clinical Information Officer.

Context statement
The Core Clinical Information Systems Renewal Program (CCSRP) in DCDD Enterprise Project Services is completing the
delivery to NT Health of Functional Group 1 of the new NT Health clinical information system, Acacia, in 2025. Clinical
design governance of Acacia will transition from CCSRP to the Office of the Chief Clinical Information Officer (OCCIO) in
NT Health. Governance structures to support both Acacia and continuing “legacy systems” are being established within the
OCCIO.

Key duties and responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support across the governance team.
2. Provide Secretariat support and advice to Committees including ensuring papers are relevant, cleared and distributed to

Committee members in line with the terms of reference.
3. Assist with reporting.
4. Build relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a collaborative approach to quality governance processes.
5. Work collaboratively with OCCIO team members and stakeholders.
6. Follow defined service quality standards, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures relating to the

work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.

Selection criteria
Essential
1. Knowledge and experience in providing secretariat support to committees.
2. Experience in providing high level administration support in a fast-paced dynamic and varied work environment.
3. Well-developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and prepare and

maintain documentation with attention to detail and accuracy, with experience in dealing with confidential, complex,
and sensitive matters.

4. Organisational skills with the ability to use initiative, set priorities, work under pressure and perform both without
supervision and as part of a team.

5. Proven performance in sustaining productive working relationships and partnerships with internal and external
stakeholders.

6. Experience in using software packages including MS Office Suite, with ability to quickly acquire skills in Teams,
SharePoint, document management and other software systems.

7. Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates NT Health values of being Safe, Responsive and Kind.

Desirable
1. Qualification in Business Administration or similar.
2. Experience in the Health or Information Technology industries (IT).
