We are seeking an additional experienced Site Administrator – 8/6 roster to join our team.

Job description:

Provide effective & efficient administration support to Project Manager/Supervisors
Update and maintain daily production reports
Assist with the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel to site
Enter daily, weekly and monthly HSE data
Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases

Our package offerings:

Permanent full-time opportunity on a long-term project
Hourly rate ($40) plus superannuation on all hours worked
Family friendly 8/6 Roster – Day shift work only - 12.5 hr shift
Weekly pay
Paid annual leave (20 days) & sick pay (10 days)

To be considered for this role, successful applicants will possess the following:

2+ years prior experience in a similar Site-Based Administrative role, preferably with expertise in the mining/haulage environment
Enjoy working in a team environment where you bring your professionalism and your positive attitude to our crew and a great sense of humour
Confident communication and ability to effectively liaise with other employees, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors
Australian working rights - PR or Citizen
Current and valid Australian Driver’s License (Manual)
National Police Check or ability to obtain one
