Role Overview
This is a new and hands-on, customer-focused role where your mechanical and/or electrical expertise will make a real impact. As our Technical Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in coordinating maintenance, servicing and repairs across our customers’ vehicles and equipment, ensuring work is prioritised and completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, keeping them updated, guiding them through the end-of-lease process and working closely with our internal teams, mechanics and service partners. If you enjoy solving technical problems, building strong relationships and keeping things moving, this role offers plenty of variety.
Your duties will include
- Providing practical technical advice to customers across the KOR product range
- Coordinating maintenance, servicing and repairs with our internal mechanics and third-party service agents
- Carrying out troubleshooting, fault finding and minor repairs on customer equipment
- Travelling occasionally to customer sites, including rural locations
- Preparing end-of-lease and used vehicle inspection quotes and submitting them to relevant stakeholders for approval
- Managing spare parts inventory to ensure stock is available for scheduled and urgent works
What we’re looking for
- Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and/or electrical experience, with dual Australian Trade Certificates highly regarded
- Hands-on experience maintaining heavy industrial equipment
- A strong customer service mindset and the ability to understand client needs and industry standards
- A Heavy Rigid licence is a bonus
