About the Role
Working closely with the Director, project managers, site supervisors and subcontractors, you will provide technical support throughout the planning, coordination and delivery of residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of residential and commercial construction projects.
- Prepare and update technical sketches, drawings and construction documentation.
- Undertake site measurements and assist with quantity take-offs and material calculations.
- Collect, record and analyse site data to support project planning and delivery.
- Assist with estimating quantities and costs of construction materials and labour.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Assist with field inspections and basic testing of construction materials.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation and site records.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Assist with project scheduling and construction activities.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues during project delivery.
- Support workplace health and safety requirements across construction sites.
- Verify completed works against engineering drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
