About the role:
This is a full time, ongoing position that sits within People Development and Business Services Division, Crime and Counter Terrorism Investigation Services.
The role will require the successful applicant to perform a wide range of administrative duties and data entry.
The role will require the successful applicant to work in a team environment and provide administrative support to the various work units within Crime and Counter Terrorism Investigation Services, and may require travel from time to time. The role will require the applicant to liaise with internal and external customers.

Your duties will include:
- Undertaking a range of administrative functions including the maintenance and management of various records and registers (manual and computerised) within a Region/Department/Command.

Prepare a wide range of routine correspondence, financial, personnel, statistical and other various types of transactions and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken when required.

Attend to telephone and email enquiries from both internal and external key stakeholder.

Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare agendas and minutes as required. Ordering of equipment and office supplies and arranging repair or replacement of damaged equipment.

This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification as determined by the Department Head. To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
