As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support strategic financial planning and business decision-making.

Position Summary

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, developing financial models, and providing insights that support strategic planning and investment decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance analyses.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and renewable energy projects.
Analyze financial performance, revenue trends, operating costs, and profitability.
Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial results.
Support investment evaluations, feasibility studies, and capital expenditure analysis.
Prepare business cases and financial presentations for executive leadership and investors.
Assist with annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and department leaders to provide financial insights.
Monitor cash flow and assist in liquidity planning.
Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
Support external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
Research market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic conditions affecting the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or investment analysis.
Experience in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or project finance is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms is preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
