We genuinely care about creating an environment where our team can grow, learn and do their best work. Alongside competitive salaries, regular reviews, learning opportunities and team events, we offer flexible working hours, a unique time-in-lieu policy, and the option to work from home up to four days a week.
Our Melbourne office is based in Cremorne - a five-minute walk from Richmond Station and surrounded by some of the city’s best cafes, bars and creative energy. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to welcome a Digital Producer to join us on the journey.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are a sharp digital operator who is experienced in managing digital projects end-to-end and have a natural instinct for unpacking what clients actually need before the build begins. You ideally have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably at a digital consultancy. You're as comfortable leading a requirements workshop with a client as you are tracking milestones, managing a release, and closing out a project.
You take complete ownership of your projects, communicate clearly with everyone from developers to senior stakeholders, and bring structure to the messy middle of any engagement. You enjoy collaborating across disciplines, with Developers, Business Analysts, Account Managers, Designers, and you're genuinely curious about digital technology and how it solves real problems for clients.
You use AI tools daily (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and are curious about their potential beyond the basics. You’re comfortable applying them across documentation, communications, and research, and you’re keen to develop your skills delivering AI engagements for clients and helping to further embed AI into how we work internally
WHAT’S THE ROLE?
The Digital Producer at Revium owns the end-to-end delivery of client projects, from scoping and requirements through to build, testing, and go-live. On larger or more technically complex engagements, you'll work alongside our Business Analysts; on smaller engagements, you'll own the analysis and documentation yourself. This role suits someone who's done enough BA work to be self-sufficient, but whose natural home is in the producer's seat.
Projects range from complex enterprise websites and bespoke applications to AI consulting and implementation engagements, plus ongoing client support. You'll be the linchpin between the client and the internal team, working closely with Account Managers who hold the overarching strategy and client relationship.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and workshops through to delivery, invoicing, and project close
- On appropriate engagements, lead requirements workshops and develop business and functional documentation (BRDs, FSDs), working alongside our Business Analysts on more complex projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, proactively managing relationships and identifying opportunities
- Contribute to AI delivery across two fronts: supporting client-facing AI consulting and implementation projects, and helping drive the internal rollout of AI tools and processes across the Revium team
- Develop and validate estimates in collaboration with relevant subject matter experts
- Brief developers and designers clearly, ensuring implementation tasks are well documented and teams are set up to succeed
- Set and manage timelines with clients and internal teams; keep all projects and tasks up to date in internal systems
- Oversee testing, QA, and compatibility checking; create end-user training and handover documentation where required
- Manage project invoicing, maintain budget visibility, and contribute to resourcing planning
- Escalate risks and issues promptly; contribute to process improvements and the team knowledge base
Work across Waterfall and Agile/Hybrid frameworks depending on the engagement

If you were here this week, you would have:
- Led a requirements workshop with a client to kick off their website re-platform
- Conducted a weekly WIP meeting with a client to discuss progress, risks and milestones, and circulated the minutes to relevant parties.
- Developed estimates for a new AI consulting and implementation project, coordinating input from several Revium subject matter experts.
- Met with an Account Manager to discuss a project risk affecting delivery timelines.
- Briefed developers on their support tasks for the week, tested updates before sharing with the client for review.
- Completed budget reconciliation, raised project invoices, and updated next week's resourcing schedule.
- Generated a formal project plan for a new project and shared it with the client.
- Put together a Release Plan Document for an upcoming product launch.
Built a Claude skill specific to a recurring PM task to save time across the team.

- Strong project management skills and confidence managing client relationships end-to-end
- A solid grasp of digital technology: CMS/DXP platforms, application development, and marketing technology
- Active, confident use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in your day-to-day work, this is a daily expectation from day one, not a nice-to-have
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working across both Agile and Waterfall/Hybrid delivery frameworks
