We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage the organic social presence for Stylerunner & ODE across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Pinterest.
This is a hands-on role for someone with proven social media experience who can create engaging content, stay ahead of trends, confidently appear on camera and understand how social activity drives engagement, traffic and sales.
What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow the organic social channels for Stylerunner & ODE.
Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Pinterest.
Create short-form video and still content, including appearing on camera and capturing content in stores.
Stay across social trends, platform updates, trending audio and emerging content formats.
Work with Buying, Product, Ecommerce and Marketing teams to align social content with campaigns, products and key trading moments.
Manage community engagement across comments and DMs, maintaining the Stylerunner & ODE tone of voice.
Build and maintain the influencer network, including gifting, seeding, paid partnerships and Co-Op activity.
Support brand and community events, including influencer coordination and content capture.
Report on social and influencer performance, using insights to optimise future content.
Support paid content, competitor benchmarking, ecommerce campaigns and shoot styling where required.

What We’re Looking For
Previous hands-on experience working in a social media role is essential. We’re looking for someone who has already managed social channels and understands what it takes to build and grow an engaged audience.

Previous experience in a Social Media Coordinator, Content Coordinator or similar social media role is essential.
Experience managing organic social channels for a fashion, beauty, retail, lifestyle or consumer brand.
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and Pinterest.
Proven experience creating short-form video and social content, with confidence appearing on camera.
Strong understanding of social trends, content formats and platform behaviour.
Experience using social analytics to measure performance and inform content decisions.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Creative, proactive and commercially minded, with a strong eye for content and visual storytelling.
Experience in influencer marketing or community management is highly desirable.
