About the role
Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, the Mid-Weight Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing the Oroton brand to life across every customer touchpoint. Working closely with our Marketing, Digital, Retail and Visual Merchandising teams, you will design and deliver compelling creative assets across digital, social, eDM, retail, print and campaign channels, helping to maintain the premium aesthetic and consistency that defines Oroton.
This is a full-time, contract opportunity commencing in September 2026 through to January 2027.
Key responsibilities

Create high-quality graphic assets across digital and print channels that reflect Oroton's premium brand identity.
- Design creative assets for social media, paid marketing campaigns, eDMs, website content and digital advertising.
- Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.
- Produce print-ready collateral including packaging, swing tags, POS materials, lookbooks, press kits, magazine advertising and out-of-home assets.
- Assist the Visual Merchandising team with in-store signage, retail graphics and campaign execution.
- Support website updates and the delivery of engaging digital experiences across Oroton.com and campaign landing pages.
- Prepare accurate artwork files and liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of branded templates, design systems and creative best practice.
- Adopt and explore AI-powered tools to support ideation, concept development, visual exploration, editing and content creation.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, project management and team efficiency through emerging technologies and AI.
What we're looking for

Experience in a Graphic Design role, ideally within fashion, retail, lifestyle or a premium consumer brand.
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related discipline.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience creating assets across digital, social media, eDM, paid media and print channels.
- Experience using UX or digital design tools such as Figma.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A genuine passion for design, fashion, retail and customer experience.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and AI-enabled creative workflows.
- Experience with tools such as Manus, Weavy, Hailuo AI, Pompelli, Veo or similar AI-powered creative platforms will be highly regarded. [Re: Market...Structures | Outlook]
