Proposed job duties
- Consulting with management, marketing personnel and store managers to determine the objectives, target audiences, creative requirements and technical constraints of multimedia projects.
- Researching customer preferences, digital content trends and competitor campaigns to develop multimedia concepts suitable for Happy Lemon Sydney’s target market.
- Planning, storyboarding and producing multimedia content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional offers, store events and customer-engagement activities.
- Creating digitally delivered promotional materials by integrating typography, photographs, illustrations, animations, video footage, music, voice and sound effects.
- Photographing and filming beverages, bubble waffles, store environments, employees and promotional events, and editing the material into polished digital content.
- Producing short-form promotional videos, animated graphics and social media content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms operated by Happy Lemon Sydney.
- Designing animated digital menus, in-store display content, product demonstrations, promotional screens and digital materials for the stores.
- Adapting Happy Lemon’s international brand assets, product imagery and character designs into locally relevant multimedia content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Developing multimedia templates and digital asset packages for new drinks, limited-time products, membership promotions, competitions and special events.
- Preparing mock-ups, storyboards, prototypes and draft multimedia presentations for management review, and revising designs in response to operational and commercial feedback.
- Producing digital instructional materials and training videos covering product preparation, customer service, brand presentation and promotional procedures.
- Selecting appropriate multimedia software, production techniques, file formats, resolutions and delivery platforms for each project.
- Coordinating with photographers, printers, web service providers, social media personnel and external production suppliers to ensure multimedia designs are implemented correctly.
- Testing digital content across mobile devices, social media platforms and in-store display systems to confirm visual quality, sound quality, accessibility and technical compatibility.
- Maintaining an organised digital asset library containing video footage, photography, animations, editable design files, audio materials and approved campaign content.
Qualification and skills required:
- Bachelor of design or above
- At least 2-year relevant work experience
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
