Join our customer service team based in our Balcatta Office, with free parking and on-site gym.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through our multi-channel contact centre

What You Will Be Doing

You will support customers across a range of enquiries including:

Billing and account questions.
Payment support and payment plans.
Water, wastewater and service enquiries.
Helping customers navigate difficult situations with empathy and care.
Finding practical solutions and providing a great customer experience.
You will build strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills while working across phone and digital channels.

Working Hours

Full-time: 38 hours per week
Hours are rostered between 7am and 7pm - flexibility across these times is required
