About the Role
We now have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Officers to join the Cockburn ARC team, delivering frontline customer service and supporting daily reception and administrative operations within a busy recreation facility.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role works collaboratively with team members across our facility to ensure efficient service delivery, consistent customer experience and the smooth day-to-day operation of reception services.
About you
We’re seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual who can deliver consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicants will be effective communicators with strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks, handle enquiries efficiently, and maintain accurate processes. They will contribute positively to a team environment, adapt to changing operational needs, and support smooth day-to-day operations while ensuring welcoming professional experiences for all customers.
Besides demonstrated experience, you’ll need to have:
- Customer service experience, equivalent combination of skills, training and experience
- Proven ability to perform accurate and compliant cash handling, including till balancing and reconciliation
- Capacity to work flexible hours between 5am-9pm weekdays and/or 7am-6pm weekends
- Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current WA ‘C’ Class Drivers License.

Salary and Benefits: Salary range from Level 2 Step 1 – Step 4 ($45.49 to $49.07 per hour inclusive of 25% casual loading) of the City of Cockburn Industrial Agreement 2025, based on qualifications and experience.
