Role
We are looking for an individual to manage all facility and contractor-based services within the Perth campuses in addition to providing facilities support coverage to all Kaplan site nationally. Join us as an essential member of our nationwide Facilities team with permanent full-time position based in Perth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage and maintain the Campus facilities for Kaplan Perth campuses.
- Manage the Facilities task management system, Fresh Service and actioning assigned tickets.
- Oversee contractors engagement, coordination and supervision of external personnel and contractors for site maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee the contractor management system for the campus, ensuring contractor licences & insurances are sourced, current & held on file.
- Collaborate with the campuses managers, landlord and contractors for all areas of facilities such as water filters, bathrooms, kitchen, office spaces, AV, printers, confidential bins, cleaning, hygiene service, plants, security, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of campus facilities ensuring they are ready for use, this includes bathrooms, kitchens, AV equipment, classrooms and staff offices.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and support to staff, contractors and visitors.
- Provide general ad-hoc administration support to staff including filing, updating spreadsheets etc
Requirements
- Experience in administrative role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office

- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
