Join our team and help empower people living with disability to lead independent, fulfilling lives. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs while building meaningful relationships within the community.

About Role / Job Details

Assist participants with daily living activities to promote independence and well-being.
Provide personal care in a respectful, compassionate, and dignified manner.
Support household tasks, including general cleaning, meal preparation, basic home maintenance, and gardening.
Assist with shopping, appointments, and visits to parks, community facilities, and other public places.
Encourage and support participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
Build positive, professional relationships while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

About the Pink Comfort

Pink Comfort is an NDIS accredited provider. We provide services to participants of the NDIS and their families/carers, with aims to empower independence, ambition, and positive relationships. Pink Comfort support workers provide strengths-focused support, which can include mentoring, transport, and teaching skills for independent living.

Pay: $32.00 – $62.00 per hour
