Qualifications & Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or a related field (Certificate III or higher preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
Current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a person-centred approach to care
