The role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer - Multimedia to join our dynamic team at Conversion in Beaconsfield, NSW. As a full-time Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and marketing communications for our clients across a range of digital and print media.

What you'll be doing

· Conceptualising and designing visually compelling marketing materials such as social media graphics, web banners, presentations, and print collateral and multimedia content including animation, video, and interactive digital media

· Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to develop cohesive branding integrated multimedia design solutions across digital platforms

· Ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design assets, including multimedia and audio-visual outputs

· Maintaining a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of of visual communication, multimedia design principles, and user experience considerations

· Delivering high-quality multimedia and digital design outputs within agreed timelines and budgets

· Staying up-to-date with the latest multimedia design trends, animation techniques, and digital technologies

What we're looking for

· A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or agency environment

· A minimum of 5 years' graphic design experience with demonstrated expertise across multimedia advertising touchpoints

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

· Strong conceptual and visual problem-solving skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs
