Junior 3D Designer (Entry Level)

Position Purpose
The Junior 3D Designer (Entry Level) is an entry point into the Design Team for graduates who are strongest in 3D modelling, visualisation and technical drawing and are looking to build practical experience in the events and exhibition industry.
This role is focused on producing accurate 3D models and renders under close direction from senior designers, with limited client exposure while core skills are developed. It suits a recent graduate with little or no industry experience who wants a structured pathway into event and exhibition design.
Key Responsibilities
- Build 3D models and renders in Revit and Enscape from briefs and sketches provided by senior designers.
- Produce basic 2D floor plans and layout drawings under supervision.
- Assist with formatting and preparing presentation material for internal review.
- Support the team with furniture and finishes selections from the existing library.
- Help maintain and file the company's Revit families and furniture library.
- Carry out revisions to models and drawings as directed by senior team members.
- Attend design reviews to observe and learn how briefs are developed into concepts.
- Assist with general design administration, including file organisation and version control.
Skills & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or similar (recent graduate).
- Working knowledge of Revit; exposure to Enscape or similar rendering software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of spatial planning and design documentation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when following direction.
- Willingness to learn quickly and take on feedback.
- No prior industry experience required; exposure to events, exhibitions or retail design is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
