We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our Skinstitut team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Art Director, you'll have the opportunity to grow your creative skills while helping bring our clinic-born skincare brand to life across a variety of customer touchpoints.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic designer looking to build their experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll support the delivery of engaging campaigns and create assets across product packaging, social content, retail experiences, digital channels and in-clinic environments, while learning from an experienced and collaborative creative team.

How You'll Make an Impact

Support the creation of creative assets that bring the Skinstitut brand to life across a range of customer touchpoints.

Assist with the design and rollout of brand, promotional, product launch and seasonal campaigns.

Translate creative briefs into engaging visual concepts across digital, retail and print channels.

Contribute to product packaging updates, artwork adaptations and new product launch materials.

Create digital assets for social media, websites, EDMs, paid media and CRM campaigns.

Help maintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative outputs.

Design point-of-sale materials, clinic graphics and retail assets that enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Digital and external partners to deliver creative projects on time.

Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organisation.

What You'll Bring to the Team

A qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.

Prior experience in a design role in an agency or in-house creative environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals, creativity and attention to detail across multiple channels.

An understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual storytelling principles.

Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
