We’re now looking for a Designer to join our Northern Beaches team—someone who thrives on turning ideas into tangible, high-impact experiences
What You’ll Do
- Create compelling 3D designs and presentation-ready renders
- Specify materials, develop project costings, and source finishes
- Produce detailed fabrication and installation drawings
- Oversee on-site installations and solve challenges in real time
- Manage projects end-to-end—from concept sketch to show floor
- Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in industrial design (or similar)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a comparable role
- Hands-on experience in exhibition, spatial, or experiential design
- Strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills (MicroStation preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- A solid understanding of cabinetry and custom stand construction
- Furniture design knowledge desirable but not essential
- A sharp creative eye paired with practical problem-solving skills
- Permanent work rights in Australia
