About us
The Amazing Grace is a new, multi-space venue in Cranbourne (The amazing Grace)— a family-run group with 65+ years in Australian hospitality.

Role
Hands-on leader for bistro, events and seasonal menu development. Drive quality, consistency and innovation across a well-equipped kitchen.

Key duties

Lead daily kitchen operations and plating standards
Create seasonal menus; manage costing, suppliers & ordering
Train/roster team; ensure food safety & hygiene compliance
Control COGS, stock and wastage
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

Requirements

2+ years in a Head/Senior Chef role
Cert IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Proven high-volume or multi-outlet experience
Strong leadership, HACCP knowledge and cost control
Creativity, consistency and passion for great food
Must be able to work evenings including weekends.
