We're looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our team as we gear up for a busy summer season.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading service alongside the Head Chef
- Preparing and producing high-quality dishes
- Learning all aspects of kitchen management, including ordering, stock control, food costing, and team leadership
- Maintaining food safety and quality standards
- Contributing ideas for specials and menu development
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy services
- Passion for fresh, in-house preparation and quality food
- Reliable, organised, and a team player
