As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive new business acquisition and expand our market presence.

The Opportunity

This is a client-facing role suited to a proven performer who can operate autonomously, develop net-new business opportunities, and build long-term strategic relationships.

You will be supported by a highly capable technical and delivery team, allowing you to focus on what you do best—winning, growing, and retaining high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute a high-quality sales pipeline focused on strategic opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Professional Services.
Lead consultative, solution-based sales engagements with senior decision-makers and business leaders.
Own the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal creation, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract closure.
Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to create compelling customer solutions.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet agree KPI's
Represent IEINFOTECH professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Proven success in Business Development, Account Management, or IT Solution Sales.
Demonstrated experience selling Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity Services, Networking, Infrastructure, or Professional Services.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex sales opportunities in health care industry
Deep understanding of consultative and solution-selling methodologies.
Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a high-performing team culture.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
