About the role
We partner with and provide dedicated support to our AWS fabricator network to develop market leading and sustainable solutions to grow their businesses. Our customer service team actively support our network through not only order processing, tracking and management but through the ongoing development and implementation of customer support strategies.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all customers and deliver quality information and services via various communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues within scope, advise customers of any matters that may affect their order or escalate issues as appropriate.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as the production team to resolve customer enquiries.
- Daily duties include (but are not limited to) actioning customer enquiries, invoice/ accounting reports conciliation, reports generation.
- Liaise with key stake holders within the business regarding the trends of customer enquiries with a view to seek improvement opportunities within the customer service team and the fabricator network.
About you
We are looking for a professional, customer centric individual who can demonstrate initiative, to join our team in this important role. You will have:
- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role with demonstrated ability to prioritise and coordinate your own work.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively within a small team environment.
- Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo to identify efficiencies and improvements.
- Proficiency with MS Office and previous experience using an ERP software system.
