As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive new business acquisition and expand our market presence.
The Opportunity
This is a client-facing role suited to a proven performer who can operate autonomously, develop net-new business opportunities, and build long-term strategic relationships.
You will be supported by a highly capable technical and delivery team, allowing you to focus on what you do best—winning, growing, and retaining high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a high-quality sales pipeline focused on strategic opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Professional Services.
- Lead consultative, solution-based sales engagements with senior decision-makers and business leaders.
- Own the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal creation, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to create compelling customer solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet agree KPI's
- Represent IEINFOTECH professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven success in Business Development, Account Management, or IT Solution Sales.
- Demonstrated experience selling Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity Services, Networking, Infrastructure, or Professional Services.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex sales opportunities in health care industry
- Deep understanding of consultative and solution-selling methodologies.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a high-performing team culture.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
