Administration Officer - Aged Care

About the Role
As our Administration Officer, you'll be the friendly and efficient first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our aged care service.
Your responsibilities will include:

Respond to incoming enquiries and coordinate interactions with residents, relatives, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Provide general administrative assistance, including accounts payable, receipting, banking, stationery management and archiving of records.

Schedule and organise meetings, interviews, training and appointments as required.

Assist with staff rosters and filling vacant shifts.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure paperwork, training, payroll and compliance requirements are completed within the on-boarding process for new staff and maintaining compliant staff records.

Assist with maintaining the residential enquiries database and conduct site tours for potential residents and relatives.
What You'll Bring

Certificate III in Business (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 1 year of administration experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Previous experience in aged care is highly regarded
