A Day in the Life

As a Category Activation Analyst based in our Melbourne office, you will be a key player in driving the success of our prestigious L'Oréal Luxe brands. You will transform data into powerful insights and help shape the activation strategies that captivate shoppers and grow our market presence across our retail partners.

You will be responsible for:

Data-Driven Strategy:  Analyze sales data, market trends, and shopper behaviour to identify key growth opportunities for our luxury categories.
Reporting excellence: Accurate and on time reporting, supporting in zone & local initiatives. Report maintenance & integrity, contributing to the continued improvement of local reporting.
Activation Support:  Assist in developing tailored activation plans, in conjunction with other functions, that enhance the luxury consumer experience for both and brands and retailers.
Category planning: Support in develop, frame and drive local category execution, aligning with global /zone vision and fostering cross-functional ways of working.
Performance Insights:  Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of category initiatives, including Prestige Market deep dives, providing actionable recommendations to optimize future activations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work closely with the Commercial CGO, Marketing BUs, and CMO teams to ensure category strategies are aligned and flawlessly executed across all channels.

A strategic mindset and understanding of the retail and shopper landscape, particularly within theprestige luxurysector.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities to work effectively across different teams.
Solid business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
An entrepreneurial spirit with the proactive drive toidentifyopportunities and find solutions.
