About the role
We're looking for a talented
BI & Analytics Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team and play a key role in delivering reporting, analytics and data solutions that enable smarter decision-making across the organisation.
You'll work with stakeholders and technical teams to understand reporting needs, define key metrics, coordinate testing, and help deliver reporting and analytics solutions through Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

What you will be doing
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, KPIs, business rules and reporting definitions.
- Support the delivery of BI and data projects, working closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers and business teams.
- Analyse business processes and data flows to identify opportunities for improved reporting, automation and insights.
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the link between business teams and the BI function.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data projects.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience coordinating and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong understanding of reporting, KPIs, business metrics and data governance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
